All services provided by Artemis Security Consulting are governed by individual client agreements or contracts. These agreements clearly detail the scope, fees, payment schedules, deliverables, and cancellation terms.

Due to the customized nature and professional consulting provided, refunds for services already rendered are typically not available. However, specific conditions for partial or full refunds, if applicable, will be clearly defined in your individual service agreement.
 

Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services at any time in accordance with terms specified in their individual service agreements. Upon cancellation, clients will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payments or deposits made for services not yet rendered may be refundable, as detailed explicitly within the applicable agreement.

Artemis may, at our sole discretion, evaluate refund requests outside the stated terms on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions may include unusual circumstances or special considerations, but are not guaranteed.
